Instructions:
1. Each ad sold is to have it’s own form
2. All ads must be easily scanned or on a cd or dvd
3. Personal messages MUST be typed in MS-Word - No hand written messages will be accepted
4. Please turn in ads as you get them. The sooner they are in the faster we can turn around the book
5. Ads can be turned in to Coach Haskin, your Board Class Leader, Trey Nickles or Barry Fischel
